26 Year Old Webb Simpson Wins 2012 U.S. Open
Webb Simpson shot a final-round 2-under 68, then had to wait out Jim Furyk and Graeme McDowell before securing his first U.S. Open title with a 1-over 281 at The Olympic Club on Sunday evening.
So Webb Simpson becomes the fifth U.S. Open winner at Olympic to come from behind and beat out the better known 54-hiole leaders.
